  • ½ cup butter room temp
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg room temp
  • 1 egg yolk room temp
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Remove butter & eggs from fridge and let come to room temperature (about 45 min).
    1/2 cup butter, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk
  • Preheat oven 350°.
  • Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer.
    1/2 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar
  • Add vanilla and eggs and continue to mix.
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk
  • Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
    1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp salt
  • Use cookie scoop to form dough into balls. Place onto plate and refrigerate about 30 min.
  • Remove from fridge and place dough on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 8 min.
  • Let cool 5 min and place on cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!
