Peppermint Bark

- 12 oz Dark Chocolate
- 24 Mini Candy Canes about 10g
- ½ tsp Vegetable Oil
Finely chop the dark chocolate.
12 oz Dark Chocolate
Crush the mini candy canes into small pieces using a rolling pin or food processor.

In a double boiler, slowly melt the chocolate with vegetable oil, stirring occasionally until smooth and shiny.
12 oz Dark Chocolate, ½ tsp Vegetable Oil
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread it evenly to your desired thickness.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the chocolate.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and set.
Once the bark has set, cut it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
